Off today with our new friend Jeri Kirkland, family and friends.
We started off the day catching some bait where of course the kids had the hot hands. We spent about 30 mins filling the livewell with fresh spot and made our way accross the bay. Well to make a long story short.......most of the morning was very uneventful. We made about 4 stops and though we were marking fish, they were reluctant to bite.
It wasnt until about 10:00am that I decided it was time to burn some fuel and go for a ride. We ended up very North of where we had been fishing, but thankfully we found a nice jag of fish and i'm talking quality fish......up to 39 inches. We also had a couple real nice bluefish.
We had a ball to say the least. What a great group to spend a Saturday morning with. Thanks for joining us.
